Switch to German

Well i Tested openLD few Months ago and decided now to Create something with the actual Version. I found some Issues:

When i choose in options German and aplly changes the Site Completly is Destroyed. I mean ther will show a cryptic Code. I tested to make the changes as the Same bfor through phpmyadmin but nothing happend. Only new installation helped atm.

I Fixed it for now and replaced the Eglish File (common.php) with the German. This works for now nut it isnt really a good Fix.

2nd Problem i fount there is an Issue when u have created some Direcorys ther show some code in the Footer of the Catergory (http://www.muenchna.org/Design-&-Grafiken-5). I could prevent this issue due the style (index.php). But i dont know if this is meant like this.

Hope someone has some ideas.
